World Cup playoffs
Nani and Patrice Evra now know who their countries will face in next month's play-offs for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
Portugal were drawn to face Sweden, while Evra's France were paired with Ukraine, runners-up to England in Group H, for the two-legged encounters which will take place on 15 and 19 November.
With Portugal's seeding there had been a chance that the two Reds could have faced each other, but having been kept apart both have the chance to join several of their club team-mates in helping their home nations make it to next year's festival of football.
