aircraft crash in India capital

An aircraft crashed into a wall and burst into flames on the outskirts of the Indian capital, New Delhi, on Tuesday, killing all 10 people on board, officials said.

The Super King plane, chartered by the Border Security Force, was heading to the eastern city of Ranchi when it crashed shortly after taking off, a spokesman for the security force said. Most of those on board were technicians.

The cause of the crash was not known, the spokesman said.

Television footage showed fire engines at the scene as smoke poured from burning wreckage. Paramilitary forces and forensic teams also rushed to the site.

It is very common but don't let it bother you too much because the treatment is simple.

4. Co ndomS BREAK: It is better not to use a co ndom at all if it will end up breaking. Sometimes, while the heat is on and there is a high level of friction, a co ndom could break thereby exposing the woman to all dangers associated with casual s ex. So, some women feel 'why the need'and prefer to be raw with their man.
5. IT REDUCES PLEASURE :Infact men mostly complain that the use of co ndoms do not enable them get maximum sensation. Women are also not left out. co ndoms reduce the level and passion one could have during intimacy. This is a major reason some women hate co ndoms.

The Portuguese coach was sacked by

season and his representatives have
reportedly already reached out to the Red
Devils.
United are said to be less sure of Louis van
Gaal's future at Old Trafford on the back of
five matches without a win and amid
frequent criticism of the Dutchman's style
of play.
Van Gaal's contract runs until the summer
of 2017 but United have made contact with
Pep Guardiola's camp ahead of his
expected departure from Bayern Munich at
the end of the season.
Guardiola is likely to join rivals Manchester
City, however, and Mourinho could present
an alternative having duelled with the ex-
Barcelona boss in La Liga as coach of Real
Madrid.
ESPN report that Mourinho has already
received concrete offers for next season
and his agent Jorge Mendes, who helped
facilitate deals for Angel Di Maria and
Radamel Falcao at United, continues to
assess his client's options.

Cocaine drugs in Nigeria has an estimated 23 million customers

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has said
that an estimated 16 million Nigerians use Indian hemp
while another seven million are on cocaine and heroin.
Ahmadu Giade, NDLEA chairman, disclosed this at the
official presentation of an anti-drug abuse campaign
tagged 'Be Smart, Don't Start'.
The campaign, which includes a television commercial,
is jointly promoted by the Agency in collaboration with
the Celebrity Drug-Free Club.
"77,488 suspected drug traffickers were arrested by the
NDLEA between 2000 and 2013 for various drug
offences even as over 100 officers died in the line of
duty since the Agency commenced operations in 1990,"
said Mr. Giade.
Members of the Celebrity Drug-Free Club that featured
in the commercial include Dayo Adeneye, Ogun State
Commissioner for Information and Strategy and Chief
Executive Officer of Prime Time Entertainment; Wilson
Ighodalo, President of Drug Salvation Foundation and
Convener of NDLEA Celebrity Drug-Free Club; and
Azuh Arinze, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Yes
Magazine.
Others include Godwin Enakhena, a sports broadcaster;
Uche Nnaji, Chief Executive Officer of Ouch Clothing;
and Wilson Joel, a music producer.
"These ambassadors are genuinely motivated to
contribute their quota to the growth and development of
our country," said Mr. Giade.
"They have invested their time and material resources
towards the success of this campaign. This is one
community service that is worthy of emulation. The
agency will continue to require the assistance and
support of champions in various fields of human
endeavours because effective drug control thrives on the
principle of collective responsibility."
While calling on families, schools, organizations and individuals to take
the campaign beyond the television screen, the NDLEA boss urged
international organizations, corporate bodies and individuals to take
advantage of this opportunity by sponsoring the commercial on national
and international media stations.
"We must continue to work very hard in reducing the number of persons
who use drugs and also support the agency in preventing casualties in the
war against drug cartels.
"Every contribution towards drug control is a worthy investment towards
a peaceful and secure society. Let me appeal to donor agencies to see this
as a viable investment opportunity."
Mr. Ighodalo said members of the club were deeply committed to the anti-
drug abuse campaign.

When I was younger, there was a saying life begins at forty. I didn't understand it then but I fully grasp it now.

Why?

Because now in my early forties, I have perspective. I am clearer on what is really important to me and I am unapologetic about my values.

This year I learned how to win and how to fail and both lessons were invaluable. I had a few great wins and I learned that each win raises the bar.

Each wow creates a higher standard.  I had a few failures too and I learned that failure is just data and if you choose to analyze it, it just may hold the key to success.

This year I learned how to hold on and when to let go. I learned that sometimes the most loving thing you can do is to walk away but also sometimes the most loving thing is to confront things when necessary.

Conflict doesn't have to be a bad thing. The Chinese ideogram for conflict contains two characters: One means danger and the other hidden opportunity.

Conflict is an opportunity and as such should not be feared.

My plans for 2016 are to be fully present in each moment. To seize every hour of everyday. I plan to grow my business and continue to seek out opportunities to have a greater impact in the world.
